XSIGNO 0.3 released, estimation of observer error

A new Beta version for XSIGNO the close-range photogrammetry software is released. This release introduces the estimation of the measurement error.
In photogrammetry the measurement error depends on several factors such as the quality of the camera, the distance and the picture taking conditions. By taking a statistically relevant number of pictures, accuracy requirements can be checked by example.
